There are a number of books that focus on treating psoriasis through diet and this is one of the better ones. Everything is laid out clearly in an easy to understand way. The bonuses provide additional relevent information to make the program easier to follow. While we believe diet is an important part of any psoriasis treatment, we prefer a well rounded approach like that in Say Goodbye to Psoriasis II.
